I am a passionate advocate for living extraordinary lives, and helping others to find their happiness, purpose and ultimately, their success. This includes all facets of your existence: personal (relationships, family, spirituality, love, children, home), physical (nutrition, wellness, fitness, cooking, spirituality- yes, again), professional (career, entrepreneurship, corporate communications, networking, sales, efficiency) and beyond.

For many of you that have found me, it may be because of my connection to season 4 of NBC's "The Biggest Loser", during which I had the opportunity to be a part of your families every Tuesday night for the season as one of four finalists. It's an experience I continue to be grateful to for the incomparable lessons, but I hope through exploring this website, my blog, my work, my talks, and my music, that you'll see it's not all I am.
